Activity Description of "Do You Hear What I Say? Instructions for a Box"

Title Do You Hear What I Say? Instructions for a Box
Audience middle to high school
Abstract The ability to listen and follow instructions is vital. When Apollo 13 needed to construct another oxygen scrubber, the astronauts had to carefully follow instructions. They could not see what needed to be made. They had to listen. This is a hands on activity that allows students to practice their listening skills. It can also be put on a tape and played at the begining of class as a get ready activity.
