Day 2

2 c. Trix cereal 1 can Diet Coke 1 can Diet Coke
2 slices wheat toast 1 granola bar 3 slices cheese pizza
1 c. coffee salad (same as Day 1)  
  4 chocolate chip cookies  

Day 3
Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Skipped (late for class) 1 apple Bagel bites (8)
  12 oz. Water 1 can Diet Coke
  1 container fruit yogurt snack:1 c. vanilla ice cream

Day 4

2 Poptarts 1 can spaghetti O's 1 serving, Mac. & Cheese
1 c. orange juice 1 can Diet Coke 1 c. skim milk

Day 5

2 Poptarts 1 hi-C juice box Arby's
1 c. orange juice 1 salad (same as Day 1) 1 regular roast beef
1 granola bar 1 curly fries 1 container fruit yogurt
