Lunchtime
You have never had better beets, you decide.
"I wasn't expecting guests," William explains between
mouthfuls. "So I had to go out and get some kabluna food."
"Kabluna food?" you ask.
"Food we would like," interprets Claudia. "That was nice
of you. It was cold out there."
"Very. But I didn't just go out there for some beets and
corn, eh." He leans over, pulls out a small black case and snaps it open.
Inside is a rack for six needles and vials; five are left.
"What's that?" you ask.
"Smallpox vaccine," he says. "Either of you have diseases?
Anything that could compromise your immune systems? Good. Let's get started,
eh?"
(Smallpox
was the answer
to the Episode Two mystery.
Read on and try to solve
a new mystery in Episode Three.)
