Materials

• 1 TI-82 Graphing Calculator, CBL and Vernier Colorimeter
• 4 Cuvettes
• Aluminum Foil
• DPIP
• 4 1 mL, 1 5 mL Pipettes and 1 Pipette Pump
• Sample-Unboiled Chloroplasts, Sample-Boiled Chloroplasts (Stored in the dark in an ice bath)
• Light Source
• Heat "Sink" (large -1000-2000 mL beaker, flask or tank of water)
• Ice Water Bath in a 200 mL beaker
