WASHINGTON, D.C.- The American Association for the Advancement of Science has released a new book of resources available to science educators (K-12). The book, IDEAAAS: Sourcebook for Science, Mathematics, and Technology Education, identifies key public programs across the United States designed to enhance science education. The book details more than 1,000 organizations and identifies the sources of some 10,000 activities within 70 categories across seven disciplines. The list includes the activities of state and federal agencies, professional societies, academies, museums and zoos.
