Each transplant recipient, family member, donor family member, living donor, and involved professional has reason to be honored. This year, the 50th anniversary of transplantation will be celebrated at the 2004 US Transplant Games, presented by the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) from July 27-August 1 at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
The US, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) official site for organ donation and transplantation can be found at organdonor.gov.
